Horrible experience. Here it is almost 11 am and there is no one at the place. Mind you their hours say they open at 9 am. There was no one in the office for auto sales nor the uhaul rentals. When we called and got someone on the phone; he was a nasty rude old man who literally said “They can wait until I’m done, I had things to do” when he was told there were two customers waiting for him. No sign on the door about being away or anything. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning. And I will also be letting everyone know not to buy a vehicle or rent a uhaul from here. Via word of mouth and social media. I’m not about to fill the pockets of someone who doesn’t value their customers and community. Local business should be top priority.

Rented one of their U-Hauls for the weekend and John made sure I had everything needed. John comes across as a gruff old coot and not overly friendly but I like him. He answered all of my questions and repeated instructions several times to make sure I knew exactly how to return the truck and in what condition so I would not be charged extra. It was a tough weekend to move but they made it much easier
