I bought a 2013 VW late September, I did a pre-purchase inspection with a local non-vw repair shop so they provided the basic info about the car before purchasing and the owners were happy to accommodate that time with the test drive. I am giving them 3 stars (wish I could give them 2.5) due to their lack of maintenance of the VW while it was on their lot and customer service. From what I understand they inspected the car and then left it on the lot without any further maintenance to the vehicle. The customer service is lacking but they're friendly. For our first interaction despite being the only ones on the lot and letting them know 40 minutes ahead of time they left us waiting for 15-20 minutes while they went to lunch. I love my car and the process of buying the car was easy with the dealership, however, expect to put money in for the car after purchasing for regular maintenance that the dealership did not do while it is in their possession. It is an auction used car lot so I highly recommend doing a pre-purchase inspection from an shop of the car's make before purchasing and especially from Bridgeport Motors.nn(I've had to put $1,600 extra into the car due to the lack of maintenance)

I got an SUV from them and I thought they were awesome! When I got there they were really nice and met me at the door. They let me look at the vehicles I was interested in and seemed to be honest about them. It was one of the best and easiest experiences I've ever had buying a vehicle. I love my car! Thank you

It is a family-owned establishment. The family is very nice. They try to work with you as much as possible to give anyone a fair shot. I really like the way all business transactions were handled along with information on anything I requested. Very helpful and knowledgeable

Bought a nice truck here from Dixie will come again if needed to find another jewel.nThe people that have complained need to understand they are looking at USED vehicles and yes they are a small dealerships so they have about 20 to 25 on the lot at any one time. If they want to complain about they purchase then buy from a dealership that has certified used with a warrantee or have YOUR mechanic look at vehicle before you buy otherwise don't complain about a vehicle that has 170,000 miles on it. Is mine perfect NO but was the price a great price I wanted to pay YES! I stand behind this place and the truck I'm glad I bought from here!

Got to the dealership and looked around at a few their cars nobody came out to greet me nobody came out to see if I needed any help they look like nobody worked here until I went into the office and saw several employees standing around talking to each other like I wasn't even here. Poor customer service, small selection of cars
