I spent around 20 years with this group. For the first 15 you could not drag me away. Something changed. I still have accounts with them but they messed up the payment date on an auto loan at the beginning and it still causes me trouble today. They refuse to correct their mistake. I moved to SECU because of too many issues in such a short period of time. Still better than a bank but not what they used to be.
A family member applied for an automotive loan. The first visit, she fills out the papers and waits 2 weeks with no response, after calling the bank she says she never got the application which was left with the teller. It was left there because the loan agent left early. Second visit, the loan agent tells her she will have an answer in 20 minutes, but she has another client. So she says I'll call you. Wait 2 days and call back, loan isnt finished and the loan agent is sick. Its been over 3 weeks no phone call, went to another bank and loan was finished with check in hand in under 3 hours. Made me to look like a fool recommended to my family members to switch there.
