Cindy is a wonderful, patient instructor who is extremely knowledgeable and truly appreciates all her students. She provides a calming sanctuary in a world of crazy. I highly recommend a class or twelve at her studio!
Having taken yoga from a variety of instructors, Cindy is truly gifted at infusing yoga practice into life beyond the studio. Notice results with each session, and always leave more relaxed, positive, and centered.
Cindy was very knowledgeable. She talked with me before and also after class and made me feel very welcome and comfortable in the class.
