Called to have them put back an antibiotic that was sent to them and their competitor, so it could be picked it up where the staff has more competency and courtesy. Waited 2 hours and they still had it ready, so the insurance wouldn't go through. Thankfully the staff at the other pharmacy was able to override the copay.

I’ve always been treated with compassion and respect and all of my questions answered promptly. Even in the midst of a very busy pharmacy, the pharmacist will stop and answer questions regarding any of my concerns. I feel like I’m treated like family there

Obviously overworked, overwhelmed pharmacy staff. The pharmacy looks like a hurricane came through. Super unorganized - can literally NEVER find the prescription I'm there to pick up - even though I ALWAYS wait to receive the text that says it's 'READY FOR PICKUP'. All of this leads to the staffs incompetence, rudeness, low tolerance for questions, no patience with customers - I've NEVER had a good experience here. Not one time. Every time I go, I feel like a massive inconvenience to them. Their attitudes are so awful that it makes me feel insanely uncomfortable and awkward.

Lady at the pharmacy was kind and went above and beyond to correct a mistake with my insurance. Its nice to see employees provide excellent customer service even when extremely busy.
