I use Domino's a lot. A LOT. The last two times the pizza was warm at best. The cheese just broke apart and not stretch like you want it to when its hot. The quality check according to the tracker took longer than making the pizza. When advised the delivery driver said yea we are busy. I said it means they don't have enough drivers for the orders. warm pizza has no viable excuse. One more warm order and I go Papa John. The pizza insurance link was turned off. so here i am instead.
I've gave this place like 5 true. Terrible they never can get it just right. They never put enough sauce, undercook or overcooked. Just go to Shallotte.
Pizza was great but the hand toss crust was thinner than up home. Business was clean and staff was great. Pizza was ready in 20 mins which is impressive for a tourist pizza shop.
We called in a carry out order and on the phone they told us it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. We showed up and paid then waited 30 more minutes and asked about the status of it twice before they even put it in the oven. No apologies for lying just excuses about how they can’t keep up with demand. Had planned to go to the pier at dusk but missed it. Had they not lied to us we could have just picked it up on the way home and would have been perfectly happy.
the last time i ordered they took almost 2 hours and when i called i was put on hold and then they hung up. this time i ordered my pizza over an hour ago and still waiting. food good tho
