Dealing with a total of 5 different employees from techs to sales...very professional, explain details of problem, work that needs to be done. Works quickly to resolve and fix the problem. Friendly. Technician was on time, polite and did a good job.nI purchased a Fresh-Aire blue tube UV light. I was not happy about the huge markup on this item. These items are available for $225.00- $250.00. and can easily be installed in the time allotted for a service call.n$395.00 plus tax ?? Not acceptable.
