Extremely fast and friendly service on our visit yesterday. Food was fresh and hot. Loved the fact they allowed us to walk inside and order.
There was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. I told the girl she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away
They have absolutely no training at this restaurant. Some of the workers are super nice but they have no idea what theyre doing. I had to cancel my mobile order and go to a different location because the MANAGER had no clue how to process a mobile order. And told me to call the District Manager another day. Were encouraged to make mobile orders to help with efficiency and speed during this pandemic but if the workers cant process it because they lack any kind of training then its an absolute waste of time. The manager here is extremely dim and will fight you on something before he offers to fix it. Ill never go back to this location because of him. Which sucks because before that it was okay to go to.
This store is the worst. They charged me the money on the mobile app and waited there for almost 30 minutes and didn't get our money and the food. The manager was very rude to us and didn't take care of the situation. Wasting time
Really like whoopers better than quarter pounders. The servers were very friendly and respectful.
