Sam is the absolute worst. He is never on time, needed me engine replaced and it took 2 months for him to do it. I’ve had a multitude of problems after the fact of my engine replacement. Still, he can’t seem to fix it and after terrible communication between us, he will not answer my calls or text me back. After working my 9-5 job, the one time I had to take off some time to see if my truck is done since I can’t get any calls/texts back, turns out my truck is not done, parked across the street and is locked. He still has my keys and he is nowhere to be found @10am when his shop opens @9am and closes @4pm due to COVID. TERRIBLE service and the SLOWEST people to work with. EVERYTHING is under the table, no receipts, no insurance, just cash. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
