With vehicles at a commodity, this was the fifth dealership I stopped at attempting to buy my “forever” truck. After an hour and working with Allen (the best all-around salesman I have ever worked with), we quickly realized that my truck was not going to be located. Then when I was about to leave Allen mentioned a brand new truck that had arrived and was being detailed in the back. He was hesitant because he knew I had my heart set on something else. But much to my surprise the new ‘21 GMC Sierra Evolution was EXACTLY what I wanted (once I saw and drove it). I had the opportunity to meet the parts department, finance and the IT team all on the visit. Everyone is amazing. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Chevrolet of West Jefferson, should be your choice. And if it was me...I would ask for Allen personally. He’s great!

I have enjoyed interacting with Josh at the service department, I find him very professional with a great work ethic. My experience with him clearly made West Jefferson Chevrolet the logical choice in purchasing a 2019 Tahoe. The sales department was extremely pleasant to deal with, I wish to express my sincere appreciation to Jeremiah Johnson for his dedication in making our purchase experience such a pleasure. The finance department clearly are very experienced at getting their customers a great financial percentage and explaining everything so clearly. I purchased a vehicle here a year ago and have come in for my first lifetime inspection at the service department. Josh in the service department was very kind, helpful and quick in getting my vehicle back for an inspection. It's only going to take fifteen minutes and you don't need an appointment up front. As a mother with children time is of an essence for me and I greatly appreciate the punctuality and quick turn around I received today!

Best truck buying experience I have had. I live two hours away and they worked with me over the phone then delivered the truck. Super easy and all staff I spoke with were knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend to anyone and will use them again when its time to buy another truck.
