So meaningful and well maintained area. This side of the park was quite and had less people.
Other than the Kansas monument, this has got to be one of the worst monuments in the park. I heard the story behind the monument and why it looks the way it does.
This is a monument that you can't see from the road. You have to park your car and walk the path to get there, but it is worth the walk.nnKentucky had soldiers fighting on both sides of the war. There are statues of Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis. It's a monument for Kentucky's Union and Confederate soldiers and their Presidents.
