If I could give a zero for this rating, I surely would— a 100$ Reconnect fee during a pandemic, really? God forbid someone can’t pay that reconnect fee.... you’re just screwed!! Thanks for that “little community feeling” love from the water company. What a joke!!!

Culkin water is a joke there is always a boil water notice going on they rob you on a $325 dollar deposit and you have outrages water bills and to top it off the people who work for them are the rudest bunch of people you will ever do business with I wouldnt give them even one star I think they should get 1000 thumbs down
They are very rude. They charge people for Reconnection fee. Before they cut your water off. I wish we had another water beside culkin. T
Water quality is good. Line breaks seem to be a fact of life you have to deal with though.
