The real problem is because of covid 19 but they were trying.

We went through the drive through around 10pm on a Thursday. The cheese burgers were warm, not hot, and it took 10 minutes to get the order in a short line. The ice cream was good. The staff were friendly, but I had to repeat my order four times. Two stars for not telling me the ice cream machine was broken or being cleaned.

I've pass through many times but today was my first time stopping by. And I tell you the food was excellent!!! It was fresh fresh!!! I didnt get the shift managers name they made sure the orders were right. I will make this one of my favorite stops when I'm passing through with my family!!!

Waited in drive thru line for 16 minutes since dining room is closed. Fries were terrible old, soggy and cold. Dbl cheese burgers were warm, but cheese never melted. Good thing I used my credit card because I disputed the charges. The food was way below McDonald's standards.

Do not go here. Keep driving. The inside is closed, drive through only. Staff can’t get the order right, even after repeating it back to you. We pull up to the 1st window and they give us our total and once we got our receipt we noticed that it was wrong for some items and that we had be charged multiple times for 1 item. We pull up to the second window tell the young lady who tells someone else and says will get it fixed. Gives us our order and I ask if there’s now a price difference with the corrections and she says she doesn’t know, she doesn’t handle that or know the prices. At this point we’re annoyed, glance at our stuff and by the count of everything it looks correct. The line is long so we go ahead and pull into a parking spot just to find out that our order is still wrong. Pull back around and find an employee outside. We tell her what happened, she only acknowledges us and takes back some of the wrong food. I ask for compensation or if she wants to take back the rest of the order and all she says is “will you paid for the food”. We gave up and just left. Severely lacking in costumer service.
