Always satisfied! Great customer service, and I usually have a special request when I order pizza, and they nail it everytime ud83dude0a
Worst place ever to get food! Manager acted out of character and has no clue what being a manager means!!!!!! My whole order was wrong and tried to call back up there to see if they could fix my order that was totally wrong!!!! Manager answered the phone and when I tried to explain my order she said fine in or carry out! I said ma’am my order was wrong and she said please hold.... then hung up on me. So I called back and asked for the manager. It was the woman that hung up on me. So I went back to the store to ask if they would fix my order and asked for the manager in person and she refused to remake my food. Only wanted to just give my money back. I don’t understand what kind of business this is!!!!
Employees are very rude on the phone and in person. The inside of the restaurant is not clean.
Rude on the phone, Wouldn't bring pizza out to curb even after I confirmed that they did curb side delivery when I called in. I should have listened to others who told me how the Pizza Hut in Bay Springs MS. Is Rude and slow. Apparently this happens a lot. It will not happen again to me. Thankfull for options. Domino's here we come. Just like that problem solved.
