On more than one occasion I have waited over 15 minutes at the drive-thru window. The tellers are very slow and the location is understaffed. Today, a teller walked away from my deposit transaction completely midway to do something else ... and the other teller just ignored me for over 10 minutes. This company does not respect its customers. I will be banking elsewhere now. The other Brandon location by Home Depot is about as bad. Pity.
Love this bank! They caught when someone duplicated and used my card IMMEDIATELY and when I went in to talk to them about it they credited my account right then and gave me a new card. Beth at the drive-thru knows us by name and gives my daughter a sucker and my dogs treats when they are with us. They're seriously like family to us! #GiveBethARaise ud83dude1c❤ufe0f
Need to be open at saturdays. I can rarely make it to the bank during the week
