In the midst of a global pandemic you are turning away people from allowing them to open a bank account or cash their paychecks because their identification has expired while during a government sanctioned shut down. Even though Mississippi government has issued that all expired identification as of March 14 2020 is to be held valid until August 2020. Thank you for making my banking preferences easier as I will never come to you with my hard earned money again. Your lack of commitment to this community, blatant disrespect to a certain criteria of people, and refusal of simple customer service as outlined in your job description will be made known. I will personally make sure of it.
