First off, I rented my unit through the online service and got it for FREE for the first month! So that was amazing to begin with. A few hours after I made my purchase, the store associate CALLED ME! Dee was her name, she called ME to ask if I needed anything and so on, also! I reserved a unit that was way too small for my belongings, but that was not an issue. Dee was able to switch me right over to a bigger one! To top off the amazing customer service, the building is very clean and organized, getting to my unit (which is located on the 2nd floor) was a breeze! There were carts available, the parking was fantastic, and the security is also A-1! So I can rest assure that my property will be safe there. It was all around a great experience, with this being my first time using a storage, Dee made sure to make it an awesome time.nnSide note: when I first arrived Dee was out on the grounds showing someone a unit, but there was another associate that was visiting on her off day, she too was loading things into her own unit, but she was more than happy to show me to my unit! I didn’t get her name but she was great as well. I definitely recommend life storage!!

We rented a unit at Life Storage in Slidell just a few months ago. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is new. Everything is very clean. I like that they provide carts for moving heavy items, so they don't have to be carried. It makes it easy for me to move things on my own. The carts have always been there at the entrance and available. I would definitely recommend this facility.

They have the safest and cleanest facility! Their staff is so kind and helpful! I would 1000% recommend this storage unit to anyone! They are willing to answer any questions or concerns anyone could have. If you choose one place to store your things it should be Life Storage! ud83dude01

10/10 recommend. I've used 2 other storage facilities in the past and Life Storage is far better than them. Always clean, always friendly, and I feel very comfortable with my belongings locked up here. If you're looking for a storage unit in or near Slidell, I highly recommend coming here.

I’ve never rented a storage unit before. However Dee at Life Storage made it extremely simple and easy. My experience with life storage was nothing short of amazing. The overall cleanliness and security of the facility makes it an easy choice. The staff are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
