Convenient location. Love that there is 24 hour availability. Clean and well lit. No one is ever in the office, but there isn't much you can't do at the facility. Kiosk available to open an account, pay bill or even get a lock. So the need for an on the premises personnel is not apparent.
My 85 year old parents stored several of their precious and valuable belongings here since 2005 after Katrina. Apparantly they were late in their payment quite often. I was listed as their emergency contact and called several times because the parents had forgot to pay in which I immediately got the payment to them when I was told. I have now found out that the storage company has auctioned off all of their items while they were both in the hospital. I was shocked to learn that apparantly the storage company is restricted by law from notifying anyone other than the primary account holder. I foolishly trusted that the relationship I had built with the office staff would prevent them from selling my parent's belongings without letting me know. Customer service, humanity, and common courtesy just isn't a part of business as it used to be. Being a customer for over a decade holds no value. When I found out the news, I called the office crying to ask why no one let me know. The person on the phone couldn't even say I'm sorry or empathize with me at all...just told me the law.
Large, very neat and pleasing upon arriving. Great customer service. Also have an ready to pay your storage bill without going into the office
