We moved here from IL and had a lot of stuff that needed to stay temperature controlled. It was clean and dry and affordable! I always felt safe there with the locked premises. Very seldom was there a time that I went there that Treva didn't come check on me. And there were times that I had to completely empty my unit just to find something. That was never a problem. It was almost 2 years and I finally own a home so I don't need the unit, otherwise I'd stay with them forever!
I went here for a u-haul truck and the service was excellent!!! Treva went above and beyond all expectations to see that things worked out for me. I'm traveling from out of state, dealing with a death in the family and our vehicle breaking down and then complications with my bank. But she was sooo patient and assured me it would all work out and it did, thank you Treva for everything!!
We have rented a storage unit off and on from here for the past 3 years. We have never had any issues, and the office manager is THE sweetest lady I have ever met. She is very caring of other people’s belongings and she takes her job very seriously. I will keep coming back here as long as she’s the office manager!
I have had a storage unit at this facility for many years and have never had any issues. The manager there is always the friendliest and most helpful person. I would highly recommend!
On May 22nd I had to rent a uHaul and went to Lock up self Storage in the Kiln and the on site manager was amazing and very thorough and the customer service was top notch. The uHaul was very very clean. Thank you for making our move smooth and easy!!!!
