I totally LOVE the staff at this storage place!!nThe ladies are so nice and very helpful!!nA couple of weeks ago, there was a problem with my unit and the lock..nThe nice girl who works there, (I won't give her name for privacy reasons) called me and told me about the issue as soon as she noticed it!!nI was very thankful for her reaching out to me...nThe price I pay is very reasonable..nThe unit is very clean and more roomier than I thought..ud83dudc4dud83cudffbnI would DEFINITELY recommend Southern Self Storage to anyone I know!!nnThank you for having such a great place, that I truly trust, with my belongings!!nn~AmyG~

Awesome service! Stacie, in the office, was very friendly and helpful. We reserved a unit by phone from out-of-state and she had everything ready for us when we arrived. She made sure we knew there was a covered area to unload the truck under (protection from rain or sun) or a closer door so we would have shorter trips. She helped me bring some carts to our truck and offered us a nice cold bottle of water too!

Moving personal items into storage from out of state, both Ms Stacie and Ms Dottie made the process easy and efficient. I was guided by phone while online to complete forms and arrange payment so that my storage was waiting for me after hours when I arrived with my belongings. Great service, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I knew exactly where my unit was, how to access it and when. MUCH APPRECIATION for this facility being an option to meet my needs and having staff that treat you like family !! Elisa :)

Great service! Very convenient! Easy access and start up process. Stacie was a great help she made us fee very comfortable and excited to have a space for our stuff! I highly recommend coming here for storage needs!!
