Hard for me to find the property I was looking for. I searched it but it did not come up. Property is still for sale but i can't find info on it on the website.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLUM LORD!! He takes advantage of single mothers and anyone facing financial difficulty. He preys on those he knows will be unable to afford his rent, and if they can afford it, he makes sure to hike up the prices every so often and he will, WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE, made amendments to your lease to make sure he screws you over. Furthermore, when he takes you to court, make sure you ARE THERE! Otherwise, he LIES in court to trump up the charges he can garnish your wages for later. Like the green recycle box OWNED BY THE CITY AND THAT IS FREE TO REPLACE, he sued me for $75 to replace one even though it was NOT damaged and DID NOT BELONG TO HIM. He also sued me for $500 worth of pest control, which is why i moved out early in the first place, he refused to take care of the issue. But in court he sued me for the pest control THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE. I guess he was too stupid to know that the same people he went and got the estimate for to use to sue me also provide the pest control at my work and they confirmed that he does this often, HE WILL CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE, NEVER PAY FOR THE SERVICES AND THEN SUE YOU FOR THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT. This man is a crook and his office staff are his accomplices. He preys on the lower classes of society and does everything within his power to line his pocket while draining yours! I am having $600 a month garnished from my wages because of his lies and BS.... I am a single mother of 2 children, one who is special needs and we are now facing homelessness because of his refusal to come to a private, more affordable payment arrangement for charges I shouldn't have been sued for in the first place! I hope his office burns to the ground and he dies a slow, painful death for all of the crap he has put members of our community through. See you in Hell Richard Teague.
