We actually loved ❤ living in perk Beach for 10 months ud83dude0d Carrie was a helpful manager ud83dude00 loved the creek and most private rv lot we've ever camped at my puppy then loved the creek he went to it when weather permitted we would walk him there almost daily for fresh air and exercise he run up and down the sand hills and taught him self how to swim loved the water and met duck duck there unfortunately the district manager was not the most friendly manager to us went today to take our puppy to the creek to play and swim we stopped to talk to Carrie she had to inform us Candice said not to let us in ever because we supposedly owed money we did not owe anything we uprooted on the 3rd of the month when rent was due and left so we thought in good terms it was quite a shock to hear the news about us going to try to talk to owner about this eventually to make it right about what was said if possible have never heard this before had been there several times before visiting friends and Carrie never said a word she was quite friendly but recommend that you camp here and enjoy the peaceful environment of perk Beach and enjoy red creek

A nice rv park conveniently located just off the highway. Decent prices for overnight stays and reasonable monthly rates.

Moved in because of them having wifi that we need for my husband's heart monitor.nThey said the wifi went out due to a bad transponder.nThat was 2 weeks ago today.nNOW THEY SAY IT'S NOT PART OF THE RENT.nWHY ISN'T WHEN IT'S ADVERTISED AS HAVING WIFI.nALSO DON'T THINK THEY GOT CABLE

It was nice fishing by the bridge with a fire ud83dudd25 burning, my Bluetooth on with my favorite music it couldn't have been better except it must have been too cold for the fish lol

I absolutely love this area it's very scenic by the water and managment is extremely helpful and very friendly.
