The staff was friendly & very knowledgeable for the assistance that I was seeking. I was very Thankful for that and I received the Soial Services that I needed. I wasn't able to get a case of bottle water that I asked for, but I received a Food Boxud83cudf89ud83dude4cud83cudffe The staff directed me to an Organization that was giving away bottle water to the Jackson residents ud83dude4fud83cudffeud83eudd17
Have had to use once in my lifetime in Jackson, ms. To say the one in Jackson, MS Needs a whole new management team is an understatement. Not easy being in need of shelter and treated like an inmate at the same time. The female staffs behavior towards the clients are deplorable. Definitely their intrapersonal manner is not conducive with the position they are in.
The walking track there is nice and the place is clean and quiet.
I love walking over there
They are very kind people who care for others and I thank God that they helped me when they did.
