I have had my service on for 3 months now. Still have not received the first bill. I have called multiple times and while the customer service people are extremely nice, it seems to not be getting me anywhere. Almost like they do not care to collect their payments.

If you can avoid this company do it! Trying to pay your bill is the worst! The online bill pay never works. Over the phone bill pay is time consuming. Forget about getting a hold of a real person when there's an issue. Dealing with constant power outages. I've only had this account for 3 month and I've already experienced 4 outages. One lasting nearly a full-day. Seriously just awful!

Charging me 5 dollars for late fee when its there website that was down
