There was a salesman named Justin. Who was very sweet and went above and beyond to help us to the best of his ability. He not only made our experience very comfortable he made sure our kids were happy and had fun. We will definitely be back to see him again. And anyone else who goes need to be sure you ask for him
I bought my truck from Watson before Mack Hawk bought them. Their attitude is nothing like Watson's was. I called about a part that my local dealership had on order. The guy that answered the phone was very short. I explained the order to him and before I could ask if he might have the part in stock? He jumped down my throat. Did not want to listen.nnNo customer service after the sale. They get your money and throw you in the back yard. Don't be fooled upfront. Find a small family owned dealership. Saving a few hundred dollars is not worth it when you need the vehical repaired. And they treat you like you are nobody that matters.
So far I'm well pleased with the high level of professional service I've received since Mac Haik took over this location. I've actually noticed employees working as opposed to other dealerships/service dept. I really hope that keep up the excellent performance as I will continue to do business with them.
My salesperson, Greg Nelson, was super helpful. I feel like he gave me a great deal on my new Ford Bronco. I highly recommend doing business with him and this dealership. I am a repeat customer and I am picky when it comes to where I shop for cars. Very professional!
This review is for the parts department. They were the only dealership with the factory part i needed for my car. They were amazing and had it at my front door the next day clear in another state. Of course I paid for that shipping cost but they were on their game and got it to me and were so kind. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
