Great dealership! Honest, direct and personable. Everyone I worked with was welcoming and friendly! They gave me great advisement and service. I feel like I’m a lifelong Mazda owner from this purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a better first car buying experience!

As usual everyone was super nice. The issue I had was my appointment was at 12:00 & I didn’t get checked in until 12:45..... the app would not allow me to sign in once I arrived. Also was a full service appointment and it took until almost 6:00 to get finished. Not sure why but of course I wasn’t sitting all that time because I had someone pick me up. Jonathan & Bones were exceptional to work with but I still think this was a little long to service especially with an appointment... maybe I won’t choose a Friday again!! I come from South if Florence as you you know dealing with 49 is a hassle anyway!!ud83dude31I still appreciate the service department... thanks Robin Pennington

Lost both cars in Hurricane Zeta. I contacted Mazda of Jackson and got in touch with Van. He made the purchase as easy as possible. Robby (the Sales Mgr), Kyle (the Finance Mgr) madevyhevpurchase experience as easy as I have ever experienced. They all were totally professional, completely pleasant and most of all...created one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Thanks to the entire team for getting me back on the road.
