This experience was wonderful! I walked in expecting to just look at cars, and drove home in such a beautiful car, that I truly love, and feel comfortable with purchasing. This is the worst almost buying experience I have ever had. This deal was being done from 800 miles away. After verifying details of the car they didn't want a deposit, they wanted payment. We agreed on the out the door price, which was the listing price and I wired over $41000 to the dealer. Almost 24 hours later they called and said, sorry we sold your car. They claimed to be working another deal that they were having trouble getting financed and they got financing done. The only reason that the get one star is I had the money back in my account by late that afternoon. Interestingly, I also received an overnight package with all the paper work to sign and send back overnight and emails telling me how they hoped I was happy with my new car and to give a good review. REALLY!!!

I have gone to this dealership since 2002, purchasing a ‘02, ‘05, ‘07, ‘14 Escalades and ‘15 CTS (all brand new vehicles at the time). Over the years the name has changed numerous times, but their professionalism has remained the same. They worked with me with each vehicle to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and service.
