Don't go here with a mobile order and select anything that requires using equipment. Their computer system is always down and so are the machines. Talking to management doesn't help. They are all incompetent and don't care about the company or customers. They don't deserve a 1 star rating. They should close, hire and properly train a new crew.

Every time I go, I have to say “hello” after waiting and waiting and waiting. The only response is “hold on”. After about 10 minutes at the speaker I am able to order only to learn they are only taking cash. If they’re taking a card, then they can’t scan the coupon code. Every single time I go, I end up driving away and either going to sonic down the or just going home in disgust.

I’ve never in my life experienced such a worthless crew of people in my life... In Michigan not one person in this McDonald’s would have a job... Lazy sums up everything for this store... All you people are miserable people... Quit your job and go find something you like to do and stop making yourselves look like idiots...

This McDonald's rates #2 on my list of the worst McDonald's ever. Rude staff, slow service, and your order will be cold and or wrong 99% of the time. Update I took a chance and visited this McDonald's again. It is even worse than before. No cars in the Drive-Thru and I set at the menu for 7 minutes once I made my order I wasn't told there wasn't any ice for the drinks and I am handed a lukewarm dr. Pepper with no ice ask the cashier she shut the door in my face. I pulled up like I was asked to. After 13 minutes of waiting and being at this McDonald's now for a total of 28 minutes I just took my losses and pulled off. They should shut this McDonald's down because it's an embarrassment the people in there are an embarrassment. Oh and it just took over number one as the worst McDonald's ever.

I just wanted to applaud the staff in the drive-thru on yesterday morning 11/12/20. The lady that took the order was very nice and professional. The ladies at the drive thru windows were very nice and professional as well. They all had smiles on their faces. It’s rare that you get that kind of service early in the morning. Great job ladies. Hwy 51 location
