This location has to be one of the best managed and run fast food chains I have ever encountered. Their efficiency is second to none. The food here is a well-known commodity that is fresh tasting. I become enamored with your more healthy choices to include grilled chicken and their soups. Their quality is evidenced by the drive-through line wrapping around the building on itself and yet still being faster than almost any other fast food drive-thru with only a few cars ahead of you. That many people voting with their pocketbooks cannot be wrong.
Usually an easy experience but today was awful. Used the app thinking it would be faster and simpler. It was not. Waited much longer than had I simply went through the regular drive through. And the credit card gets charged when you check in so I could not just leave after the first 30 minutes-1hr of waiting.
I mean,it's Chick-fil-A, so you know it was awesome. The service here is always great. And now, the ability to order online and have it delivered to your car just pushes them even higher on the list of Best fast food restaurants.nThe employees are very professional, polite, and genuine.
The service is above and beyond. Everytime I go I am in and out in less than 15 minutes. The lines move better than any other fast food chain out there. Great idea they have to get you in and out quickly.
