Though I had trouble setting up an appointment because the system was messed up, I had a great experience at the actual location. I had to come in to make an edit on my account and Brian called ahead to make sure I brought everything I would need for my appointment. Shamalita helped me make the edit, and she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She answered all of my questions well.

Wells Fargo as a company is so below average it’s very frustrating. The only pro about it is that it’s convenient for someone who moves quite frequently. I’ve been dealing with fraud for the last week where someone got into my checking, where my bank account had to go on a freeze. Customer service could not verify me so I had to make an appointment to see a banker. Then, once my bank account opened back up, the hacker was able to get into my savings account and attempt to make a wire transfer. My bank account froze again where I would have to make an in bank appointment to speak to a banker per customer service request. Already frustrated about the situation, I call to see if there are available appointments and the lady just goes there’s nothing available today and make the appointment online. Just the cherry on top kind of moment. I’m a customer who cannot access MY money, and rather than trying to help me set up an appointment or offer to call me if there is a cancellation, the lady puts it on me to do the work. There was no effort in satisfying or at least helping me out as a customer. Very frustrating to deal with an experience like this.

Wells Fargo as a bank is fine, but last fall, an ex-employee of mine successfully cashed four company checks made out to herself and signed by herself at this location. Not one employee of this bank found it suspicious, and they did not ask her if she was authorized on the account to withdraw (she wasn’t). They didn’t notify the account owner that money had been withdrawn four times by the same individual over a two-day period. We found out because our accountant caught it, and the bank refused to admit their mistake or return the money. Luckily, our insurance covered it, but I don’t use this particular location anymore for safety reasons.

There is no Chase in Mississippi or a B.O.A so Wells Fargo was the only choice I just don’t like Wells Fargo withdrawal limit of only $300 even though I have a account with them

I wish my car note was with someone else. They do not recognize my bank account as a valid account (through a different company) Never had a problem with this before, pay many bills online with my account. Wells Fargo says oh well, come in to pay. Well now the bank closes before I even get off work due to COVID. How am I expected to pay the car note. This is ridiculous. Update your system, or at least allow for card payments over the phone.
