BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. This apartment complex is extremely outdated. It’s 2021 and they haven’t dedicated any efforts in renovation. They have HUGE RATS and the grounds or poorly managed. The management at this property has poor transparency with its tenants, The neighbors are obnoxiously loud, parking is incredibly poor, and if you want your deposit back you can forget about it. These days amenities are everything with a well run apartment community. Seriously consider other options before signing any agreement at this place.

I lived here from October 2019 to June 2020 and I had to break my lease early because I had a new job in Ridgeland. I enjoyed my stay here. I don't quite understand the bad reviews. Common sense will tell you to lock your cars at night and don't leave any valuables inside your vehicle. During my stay, my vehicle was never broken into. About maintenance, I did all the complaints online. Once you submit a problem, maintenance will fix the issues within 24-48 hours. I pay my rent online too and it's easy . If you have maintenance issues, do it online. Its fast and easy. My garbage disposal was fixed twice. Good job maintenance! Pool and gym was very nice! Never had bug problems. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay here.

Outside looks good. Yet inside is thrown together. Gate stays open 24/7, my car was burglarized twice. Avoid by all means

Management is very rude and unprofessional they will call using personal phones leaving threatening messages “I thought most people worked”. They don’t give deposits back or email you about moving out. My car was broke into 4 times but they didn’t seem to care.

I lived here from 2014 to 2018.nnI will say that I do not regret my stay. The price cannot be beat, especially considering the safety. All of my neighbors were quite cordial and I can only recall one questionable instance in which a neighboring building had law enforcement called on them. The amenities are all very nice and well cared for.nnHowever, I left with a fair share of gripes.nn-The maintenance system is heinously broken. When I first moved in, there were direct phone lines to maintenance and an after-hours number. Now, there are neither. Requests must now be sent online, which are then sent to a non-local corporate office to be handled. This resulted in all of my requests (A/C problems, leaking roof, insect issues, etc.) being given a delayed response by a day or two, or being outright ignored no matter how many requests were submitted.nn-Parking is a severe issue. I had to park over a half mile away from my building on numerous occasions. Residents returning home after 8 pm will be completely out of luck. Cars that clearly aren't in working order take up far too many spots.nn-The focus of the grounds upkeep, by and large, appears to be on the golf course. Meanwhile, shrubs and trees in the residential area are only trimmed once or twice a year, causing them to grow into the sidewalk areas. Wasp nests and cobwebs would cover the ceiling in the communal balcony areas, with all requests to have this addressed ignored. In addition, light rains often caused notable flooding; some areas appeared to be perpetually covered in water.nn-Notices were sent out sporadically, promising various improvements. Namely, it was said multiple times that new windows were to be installed in all apartments. This never occurred in the four years I lived there.nn-The pool at The Links was closed for the entire summer of 2017. No partial refunds/discounts were given despite the inconvenience.nn-The front gate keycard/phone access only functioned about 20% of the time during my four years. Otherwise, they left it open. This was actually my preference, but some might not like this.nnUse your judgment prior to moving here.
