Needs change

Not responsive at all. The canton court will answer calls sometimes. So will the Madison. But the unprofessionalism spreads throughout the system. Hopefully they change because there are great people who work there. Especially in canton.

Quick response. Help keep Madison at one of the lowest crime per capita in the state of MS. Don't mind helping people even associated with flat tires, break downs, etc.

Very pleasant experience with this court. Very friendly clerks and the judge that married us yesterday was wonderful. (McKinnely)Will recommend . had no problems ,answered in first ring, no hold time, issues assessed promptly and in a timely manner very professional.

Never can get thru to speak with someone. Have you ever heard of an receptionist idiots!?
