I wont go into detail but what an amazing experience I had with this team today. People like this with this much care are rare, please support this business, for me this experience was life altering and much deeper than a trailer hitch. I came and rented a truck after I told them what I needed they were happy to provide for me. I had to move things from my dad's house to my place and it worked out great. No reservation needed. After I returned the truck I got a card to call and reserved ahead of time but this was 2 years ago hope the still the friendly bunch I met that day
I find out less than 24 hours before my reservation that they will not have the truck available that I reserved. Asked if there was a way they could possibly get the truck transferred over to the location so I could pick it up in the afternoon rather than the morning and was told that “they don’t want to do that.” Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced from uhaul at a corporate customer level down.
