I have rented a unit at the Hwy 45 location for several years. The property manger Angela is awesome and goes above and beyond to help, she really cares about the clients and that was greatly appreciated I would recommend this location to anyone.nnSincerely,nRhonda Scott
Poor Service and Customer Care:nnWe asked them for the measurements of the unit, they told us 18’ x 10’, it was actually 15’ x 10’. We were unable to fit our vehicle in there (16.5’ long).nnThey didn’t offer anything in return for giving us the wrong measurements, only that we can move our remaining items into a smaller unit, really put us in a tough situation and we had to find an alternative last minute.nnAdditionally it looked as if several of the units had attempted break-ins as the area around locks was bent and scratched, so probably for the best we didn’t keep our valuables there anyways.
Purchased a 10’x18’ unit from 3415 old hwy 45 N. Meridian MS location for my vehicle and other odd items for a move. Arrived, backed the car in, pushed it ALL the way back, did NOT clear. The car is 16.4ft long. The unit size is falsely advertised, no longer served its original purpose, created a major hardship during our move, and didn’t receive any type of refund (even a smaller unit rate since we no longer need a larger space). Angela, who I spoke with, did well on defusing the situation but she needs better information from corporate on the specific sizes as well as more power to satisfy customers on these mishaps. Good job, Angela.
The site manager is very professional and helpful. Angela is a very pleasant person. She helped us in a difficult situation. I highly recommend this storage area.
Angela Patrick made this easy and non stressful and was very guest oriented felt like I known her for years I’m 46 and was my first time ever using a storage for my things I would def urge everyone to give this place a try and ask for her ! Thank you again
