Excellent quality and overall timeliness of bumper repair during the Ice Storm of Feb 2021 that hit the South and Southeast U.S. All service conducted as quickly and as professionally could be expected under difficult weather circumstances for the Southern US. Excellent support by Ms. Summer at the front desk and all involved in the repair. Thanks for the service.
Pleasant atmosphere, staff was very polite and professional. Every thing was updated via text messages or phone calls. Quality of work was awesome and well done. I recommend JHCC for body work. My vehicle repair was better than any previous body shop Ive used in the past. I will definitely use JHCC for my next body repair.
Said they were too busy to even come look at my vehicle and gives me an estimate. So I made an appt and at that appt time they still couldn't look at it. Never will use them again
Extremely friendly service!!! I have only had my vehicle back a few days and so far so good. They told us if we have any problems do not hesitate to contact them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs!!!
