Visited on Thursday at/about 12pm - with a vehicle door lock cylinder requesting a key to be made for. The first older gentleman sitting in seat behind the counter had a confused look when I stated my need. Another older gentleman come from the back & had to restate the service needed - he starts shaking his head no & at same time said we are too busy to do that now - you’ll need to leave it - directed older gentleman holding the chair down to take my name, ph#, & description of vehicle.nReturned to the business Friday at 1pm, 3 customers in the lobby & older gentleman cutting key replacements. Another Employee returned from picking up his lunch & sat behind the counter watching everyone while eating his food - AND “he utters after looking at his phone “good - didn’t want to do that job anyways”. A Younger fellow comes out from behind partition & eventually asks if he could assist me “stated purpose of my visit” he researches & says it’s not done yet. Asked, how long does it take to do a soft impression & cut a key ? He answered we’ve had a guy out this week & it’s slowed us down. Bearing in mind the hamburglar eating away “‘and said - good did not want to do that job anyway” ASKED for my key cylinder back & left. I LAST VISITED This establishment 30 years ago - AND the attitude along with service was VERY POOR... AND, present day - IT’S STILL VERY POOR. AND NOW, they are the only brick & mortar location that’s open. Absolutely a poor example of a business still operating in Meridian.

Quick and reasonably priced

Didn't program my new key correctly at al, it doesn't work. Waste of time to let this company do Any work.
