Hands down worst company ever to provide service of any kind. The most inconsiderate and rude staff that either has no idea what's going on nor do they care to try and figure out your problem. First main issues I ever had was when I came in to pay on my prepaid service and was told they don't accept payment of any kind under 20 dollars. What??? I didn't know any company that has ever done that considering what I owed was only 3.47 so I have to pay extra for no reason weird but fine. They then had the line service come out to clear the trees away from the line which would have been great expect destroying my fence and property while still not clearing the lines. Had them come out again and still they destroyed another fence and didn't clear the line again all while dragging debris onto my property so they could hide it instead of disposing it and it resulted in a fire destroying more of my property now I just got cut off during the covid pandemic with no warning and no way to even call in because for the last two hours been on hold and as soon as they pick up they hang up. Absolute worst company and any good reviews on here are obviously fake I hate that I have to give these horrible people even one more cent!!!! We need a new power company!!!
