I am not a Sikh. While on a long road trip from mid west to down south I wanted to take a break. This place was right by the highway. Just wanted to checkout what a Gurudwara is and how does that compare to/differ from other religions. FANTASTIC PEOPLE. Everyone was very welcoming, respectful, and patiently explained their rituals and religious practices. Then the best part (honestly I did not expect tat)...free food. It appears that everyone who visits Gurudwara will be fed, no matter what time of the day you are visiting and your religious beliefs are irrelevant, they will feed you. In my case, they also packed lots of food for my road trip. Again, FANTASTIC PEOPLE.nnSome fun facts that I learned about this place, this is a brand new place opened less than a month ago and this is the largest Gurudwara in the entire state of Mississippi. They are open 24/7. Just check it out, you won't be disappointed. May their Guru/God bless them.
