Bonita Lakes RV Park

We have stayed here a few times and it is a good park for visiting the area. The beaches are great here, and there is lots to do here to Naples which is not far. It is not a fancy park but more reasonably priced than many in the area. The park is located in a nice neighborhood, and the folks in the office and around the park were all very pleasant.

So run down and NOT AT ALL what’s promoted online and it’s not in Bonita park area to access its driving distance and off highway.nI’m seeing many people review very highly so not sure why my experience was different. The lady I spoke with was very nice but couldn’t assign me a spot and asked only for my name when we arrived I wasn’t on the schedule but she gave me options at the very bottom of the park. It was surrounded by three houses and made you feel like you were in a back yard. The website doesn’t come close to what it looks like or offer. The half broken plastic play yard was not safe for my child and the dog area was very small and very tall weeds but groomed both were in the Back yard of a home and didn’t look or feel like a Canpground. Our WiFi didn’t work and my phone service was spotty in our area. The office was cluttered with craft projects and bins. This is not a good same RV park. I feel bad saying it but the whole place was run down and the pond was unkept and just a water hole. I asked about this covered area that was overlooking the pond and saw a little boy because I had a two year old with me and she said “that’s the Rec area but the owner made it into a play area just for her grandchild.” Never used the laundry or bathhouse but I was the only one and opposite side from my RV spot. The entry sign was faded terribly and directions sent you across the road so you have to do u-turns in your RV (were 55 ft long). I think this park was probably great at one time but it’s so run down now. it’s driving distance to the actual Bonita park area and isn’t accessible through the RV park.

Medium sized park with a friendly vib. Huge showers. Although located by a highway we didn’t notice the expected noise, and we were the closest site to the highway.

Excellent deal. February rate $27.00. Huge level concrete pads. 30/50 amp, FHU. Friendly staff. Great WIFI connection and fast at first, but as others came in, connection became non-existent.

Lovely campground and staff. Great rates!
