Very pleasant experience. Once online registration was complete, I received a call from Lisa. She was checking to see if I would need any additional assistance with my move-in. She offered packing supplies and informed me that there would be a dolly available for my use. She also suggested that I come in to change my access code for a shorter number so I could remember it easily. Helpful tip! Great customer service. Thanks Lisa!

Brenda and Lisa were awesome! They made our process quick and easy. Lisa was very helpful and showed us several different units and explained everything thoroughly. The units were very clean. I would definitely recommend.

After almost two years no longer needed the unit....nnThis has been my favorite storage facility in Mississippi and I’ve had them in four other cities in the state. Brenda and Lisa have always helped when they could. I moved all my “stuff” from another facility over in Brandon after having a bad experience.nnFound an AWESOME!!!! Climate controlled unit that had TWO! Doors! A door at each end! I’m spoiled!nnLove that there’s usually carts downstairs and the elevator has never failed to work. Clean facilities! Plenty of room to bring in a bumper pull trailer. No piles of garbage around.nnA+ Experience!nnThey’re “Good To Go!”
