I have had storage services at several locations and it was ok. When I was looking to get another storage facility, I haphazardly stumbled on StorageMax. Let me tell you, when I say that Lori was awesome, warm, professional, efficient, and proficient with a welcoming that was over the top and irresistible not to become a part of this particular StorageMax Family, I was all in and she is one of the most sweetest and pleasant person to meet with such a caring heart. I love you Lori!!!! You are a Five Star Manager!!!!
Laurie the manager is very efficient, engaging, and a credit to the company, she walked me through all the paperwork to sign up quickly and easily. The halls and units are clean and well lighted, there are always plenty of flatbed dollies at the door, there is covered space to load or unload out front, and it is conveniently located in North Jackson. Best climate controlled storage I have used. Highly recommended

I highly recommended this facility for any of your storage needs! The customer service and the outstanding way that Lori, the manager, conducts herself is simply impressive. I have been renting from them off and on for 3 years, and I will always come back when I need storage. There has never been a desire to look elsewhere, the customer service is too superior for that.. Again I do HIGHLY recommend this property. A+++!
