If you like waiting in line for 45min to have only 2 sandwiches made, or waiting in line for 15min without even being so much as looked at then this is a great place. Use to love this subway, but it has gotten so bad. The one girl always acts annoyed and is very slow at her work. Always slowly shuffling her feet from one end to the other. I can tell she doesn’t not have any love for her job. Have gave this location several different tries even after my husband and I promised we wouldn’t come back, but after today I’m completely done spending our money at this location. I stood in line today for 15 min or longer with no one ahead of me while she fixed a few pick up sandwiches. She just acted like I wasn’t standing there. I couldn’t leave my husband that had been in the truck waiting any longer so I left. Wnt be back. Dnt ignore paying customers, or you wnt have any returning customers.

I went to Subway in Collinsville today at 4pm and they were out of bread. Only had flatbread. They had loaves rising but none in the oven.

This Subway in Collinsville, Mississippi is the Best. A worker named Sonja Smith Is Very Friendly, and The Sub I Ate Was The Chicken Bacon Ranch. The looks of the chicken bacon ranch was put together very nicely and taste very good. Thank You. Victoria Dean

I ordered and enjoyed a Subway melt at a different location just a day earlier. When I tried to order the same sub at this location I am told that they don't make that type of Subway Sub anymore.nA basic Subway Melt includes turkey, ham, and bacon. That's it. This location tells me that they no longer make a sub with those ingredients.nnThe service at this place is slow at best. Just a bunch of high school kids with no care in the world.
