I give one star because on September 04, 2018 my vehicle was financed thru Commercial Bank for a term of 4 years. My vehicle was 15,000 with 4000 added for interest. This loan was to be carried out until September 4 2022. The loan was paid in full on February 4, 2021. My interest rates should have went down. Hillary told me today that they owed me nothing. Thanks for nothing Commercial Bank. Should have road the loan out until 2022. God bless you all for doing this to black people.
