Great place to go running and work out. Track is exactly 1 mile which makes it easy to time yourself. Also it's well lit and very safe, I go running at night and never had an issue. Beautiful trees and stuff too.
The park is beautiful and maintained. I like the strategically placed workout stations. It is ingenious.
This is a great place to go walking. It has a loop, but it has many curves that doesn't make you feel like you're walking in circles. It has miles marked.
Fantastic urban park. A 1-mile winding walking trail with more shade than most in Jackson. Recently upgraded outdoor fitness station - just wish theyd open it again. I mean if Jackson can host the state fair and dixie rodeo, surely it can reopen fitness equipment in a park.
