I was promptly and properly greeted. I was not pressured at all. I shared what I was looking for and James Cole went and brought out a car for me to test drive. I made arrangements to go back and test drive some alternate vehicles and once again James Cole took excellent care of me. I decided to purchase a car and the purchase experience was GREAT!! It only took a short time (not hours like I have experienced at other dealers) and I was on my way in my new car.nnOverall I had a great experience!!

I had a great experience with BMW of Jackson. My car caught a flat in which I called the Tire Center to set up an impromptu appointment. They worked with me with not only replacing the flat tire but also working with me to upgrade all 4 tires and get all maintenance needs up to date on my car. Josh was very professional and kept me in on every step of the process. Thank you all for the support!
