Was out looking for cars Saturday and stopped at Wilson Auto Group because I’ve never heard of it. Clarence Jennings was who I met with and he was amazing! Very professional and knew what he was talking about. 10/10 recommend buying a car with him!

Kia very knowledgeable gave me great advice on my Kia. First time owning one. Was in and out within 2 hours! I was at the service department.. Top notch technicians and work extremely fast. Showed up without an appointment and worked me. Went there with a check engine light on and found out I had 3 recalls. Thanks. Wilson Kia! Fast friendly service!

This was a terrible experience for me,wasn't the trim I wanted and didn't realize until too late,just how many trim levels their even were...hard lesson learned,but won't be forgotten that's for sure,especially when I really wasn't interested in buying a 2018 Sonota..but my stepdad co- signed and I still felt was getting ripped off,and so made very,very clear was no way I could afford it at the time ,but if he chose to help with the payments ,was his choice..Love the Hyundai Sonota's but,just saying better know ahead of time ,everything there is to know,then be very,very cautious when getting you in the financing department...these 0% financing sounds awesome,but look at the number of years,you are willing and can commit to..it's a personal choice,is all am saying,and everyone's financial situation is different at different times..but can say,I really love the Hyundai vehicles and have had no problems at all in 2 and half years ,so far..and service department is very good,and very friendly staff..

Went car shopping with a buddy. Our salesman was the Genesis specialist, Rene (that’s not how he spells his name, but I don’t recall exactly how it’s spelled). The guy was extremely professional, well trained, extremely knowledgable and seemed to be very trustworthy. Ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere (different make and model), but the Genesis guy was a great example of what a consultative salesperson can be. He was a joy to deal with.

If I could give Wilson KIA 0stars I truly would.... The manager Josh was very very rude ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21 The GM Josh yelled at me but it's Flo and his word against my cousin and my wordud83dude21ud83dude21and I didn't find out he was a manager until 2days later after I was told t at I had to talk to the GM on Monday and I was constantly told that I was not the one buying the car... Even if I wasn't I was there with the person buying on her behalf....and my husband was looking at buying the K5 but after such a horrible experience we decided to not purchase anything from this dealership and to buy a Hyundai insteadud83eudd17
