Very disappointed with the sales team, the initial online guys were awesome but the local team was the exact opposite- everything from loosing my paperwork and info (had already done my credit app, had the car transferred to my location and even insured the car prior to coming in) to not having any answers to any questions about the vehicles or minor issues with the car. Now the service department is a different thing - Lisa is the absolute best and has taken care of any issue with the vehicle , she has always been super friendly and keeps you in the loop with that’s going on and the progress of the work- she is the reason I still come there instead of the Lexus dealership and am even considering buying another Lexus from them because of her !!

I purchased my 2019 Chevrolet Malibu, February 2021. The online and in person experience was great. My test drive was leaving in the car. To see the inside you won't believe the car is a 2019. Also, it was filthy. As if a vacuum has been in it. I get my car is used. There are a lot of scratches, appears to be cigarette hole burns on the driver door and seat. The carpet looks as if some type of damage was caused. I emailed the business office about my concerns. All I got was to bring the car to the service department.

Great customer service. Everyone wore their masks and practiced social distancing. Clean environment. Gave me a fair offer on my vehicle.

Nothing but amazing. In the beginning was sales associate Adam, he is super, my son drove away with his dream car. CDC guidelines followed to the max, greeting from staff as you enter warm and friendly. Great experience.
