I wanted to buy a car but the place I was sent to was very rude and was told they couldn't give me change and I was trying to get what the amount I had to spend.. boy did they lose out

I need to tell everyone about City motor co in Jackson MS they are the Greatest Company I couldn't ask for any better treatment they went above and beyond to put me in a ride was treated with kindness and and respect from all And Ms Ashley was so wonderfull she made sure we were satisfied with ournpurchase and I can't thank the Company enougheenough I will probably get another one in the future thank u City motors u are the greatest plz if I need a car go to then they

Been buying car from city motors over 23yrs ive had great experience with them all my kids have theyre cars love working with the company especially Dan on Hwy 80 store

I emailed City Motor many times asking about a truck. I dropped by to look at the truck and know one would help me. The lady's at the first office as you walk in is rude. They proceeded to talk in a most rude and vulgar manner. The words they used are commonly referred to by their first letter by people with manners. I doubt that this is typical of your employees; however, I think that someone should talk to them soon before your business suffers. All of us need to learn something new occasionally. I guess it is there turn.I couldn't believe my ears. The two Lady's seemed to think it was funny. I don't know how many people they has offended, but I found it so offensive. I personally feel they has no place interacting with the public when they lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness. Never been to a car lot that looks so unclean.
