We had a fantastic buying experience at Ritchey Automotive. Mrs. Caroline was so knowledgeable about Volkswagen as a whole, and was able to show me so much about my new car. As first time buyers, she walked us through the process without pressuring us, and answered all of our questions. Everyone here truly wanted us to end up with a great car and we got a great deal in the process! Very straightforward, no shadiness or sliminess that you get at a lot of dealerships. Will definitely recommend to everyone, and we will use this dealership again in the future!

Crazy high prices for service, and not great service. Told me things that I needed to fix that were not necessary. There work was the cause of my problem. Didn’t advise me of oil sludge problem when they replaced oil pan.
