This place needs better lighting at the frontage road where you turn into the entrance.

Rented from here. Too many rules. Can't have visitors the managers don't like or approve of. Make up rules as they please. Don't mind their own business. No privacy.

The owner Keith is a Christian & a good friend! We have lived here 3 years & find it to be kind of like living in the country, quiet, peaceful & you feel safe! It is an older park & it has some older mobile home, but Keith brings in new or rebuilt mobile homes often! The managers are helpful, friendly & take their position seriously! We gave it a 4 rating because there is always room for improvement!
